My goal is to visit every small town in CT. My third town is Warren. Warren is a town of 1,351 residents, located in Litchfield county. Named for Revolutionary War General Joseph Warren, it was incorporated in 1786, and covers 27.6 square miles. From what I could tell, Warren is
